Kenneth is a Partner of the firm. His practice is mainly in civil, commercial and criminal litigation with a specialized focus in matrimonial law and probate matters.
He brings with him his vast experience which he accumulated when he served in a variety of different capacities when he was in the Attorneys’ General Chambers. Amongst others, he served as a Magistrate, Coroner and an Assistant Registrar in the Singapore Judiciary. Kenneth was also appointed a Registrar at the Land Appeals Board where he dealt with the administration of appeals that came before the Land Appeals Board.
He is an extremely experienced family law practitioner and advises clients on all matters relating to family law. He has dealt with high net worth divorces and complex asset division matters and also represented clients in Personal Protection Order trials, maintenance enforcement and mediation at the Child Focused Resolution Centre and the Family Justice Courts.
Drawing from his experience working in the Singapore Judiciary, Kenneth is also well versed in civil litigation matters and criminal matters. His litigation practice is focused on contentious estate claims, commercial disputes and debt recovery matters. He has also successfully mitigated for clients in both commercial crimes and offences against the person.
Kenneth is well versed with complex probate and administration matters and is familiar with the drafting of a wide variety of legal documents – from wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents, to shareholder agreements, tenancy documents and other commercial agreements.
He is a tutor with the Singapore Institute of Legal Education and has served as Court-appointed counsel for children in conflict custody cases.
Outside of work, Kenneth is an active participant in grass root activities and also serves as a pro bono volunteer at Touch Community Services. He has been awarded the Long Service Award for Service to the Community by the Ministry of Community Development.
