Daniel is an Associate of the firm. His main practice is in civil and commercial dispute resolution as well as general corporate matters and commercial transactions.
He is experienced with a broad range of commercial and civil disputes resolved in the Courts of Singapore as well as by alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation in the Singapore Mediation Centre.
Daniel has advised companies on corporate matters including matters specific to directors, ownership of companies, and corporate secretarial matters.
Daniel is well versed in commercial transactions, including sales and purchases of goods and services, guarantees, licensing, franchises and loans.
Daniel has handled various landlord and tenant transactions and disputes involving residential, retail/commercial and industrial spaces.
Daniel has acted for and advised both companies and individuals on employment matters. This includes drafting employment-related documents as well as providing advice on employment practices.
As part of his practice, Daniel is experienced with corporate and individual insolvency matters including companies’ winding-up, judicial management and bankruptcy.
Daniel is also experienced in providing advice related to compliance under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), including drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and other corporate documents. He has conducted PDPA seminars and provided training and advice to data protection officers.
